Position Overview
The Experienced Healthcare Groundup Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of healthcare facilities from the ground up. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and codes related to healthcare construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, including schedule delays and quality concerns.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare construction regulations.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction practices, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on scheduling and budgeting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
