Job Requirements
- Manage construction site safety and processes.
- Provide reports for internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor selection and contract arrangements.
- Collaborate with project manager and external entities.
Focusing on CalTrans specific documentation & standard operation procedures is critical for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction experience in heavy civil, asphalt/paving or highway/roadway construction.
- 2 years of superintendent responsibilities.
- Experience with CalTrans site management, documentation, and procedures.
A strong background in leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are necessary for this position.
