We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
