Infrastructure Expertise: As a seasoned Asphalt Paving Foreman, you will bring expertise in pavement construction and maintenance to our team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating plans, supervising field staff, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and inspections. You will also be responsible for optimizing operations procedures, choosing techniques, and defining asphalt means and methods. Furthermore, you will supervise foremen and maintain MOT certifications.
Key Qualifications: To excel in this position, you must have 5 years of Pavement/Asphalt experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and Heavy Machinery experience. OSHA certifications are required.
