Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in highway and roadway construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
