HR Manager - CPA Firm - REMOTE

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our CPA firm. Candidate can work out of the La Verne, Arcadia, Seattle, Dallas office or Remotely. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our human resources functions and ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the public accounting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to enhance staff performance
• Implement performance management systems to ensure employee development and feedback
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture
• Collaborate with management to develop and manage compensation and benefits programs
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a CPA firm or public accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Nice to have: CPA designation or accounting background, experience in recruiting
