Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot platform, including user management, workflows, and dashboards.
- Implement and optimize processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective use of HubSpot functionalities.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Train and support users on HubSpot best practices and features.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the HubSpot system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices, particularly within HubSpot.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, especially in B2B environments.
- Experience with SaaS products and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
