Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, guide, and develop the HR Operations team in alignment while guaranteeing participation, offering direction on daily tasks, and serving as a point of contact for complex inquiries.
- Oversee HR operations while promoting operational excellence through strong teamwork, robust data analysis, and well-designed processes with an eye on automation and ongoing development.
- Oversee and improve HR operations programs, such as data processing, reporting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Oversee HR-related M&A integration, onboarding, and due diligence. In order to convert business requirements into workable solutions, serve as a link between HRBPs and HR functional teams.
- Keeps track of and assesses the efficacy and efficiency of HR operations delivery techniques and protocols.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and provide HRBP and HR Operations team training on HR procedures and system processes.
- Makes sure that all employee-related procedures adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations, such as the FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEO, ADA, CFRA, PDL, and others.
- Oversee M&A activities and extremely sensitive employee data at all organizational levels.
- Provide internal and external partners with metrics, measurements, and data insights to help guide decisions and draw conclusions.
- Take part in other cross-functional projects on behalf of the HR Operations team and leads additional projects or activities as needed.
- Maintain vendor connections and guarantees the caliber of support and services.
- Monitor and report on important human capital activities, including attrition, retention, and staffing, among other crucial measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 7 years of HR Operations/HR Business Partner Experience
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
