Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC systems in commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding HVAC issues and solutions.
- Valid HVAC technician certification
- EPA certification required
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting
- Familiarity with boilers and refrigeration systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
