Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project estimates based on specifications and plans.
- Manage HVAC projects from initial planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to schedule and cost constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
- Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC projects.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC and project management are a plus.
