Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including sheet metal workers and other trade professionals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal work.
- Familiarity with union labor practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
