HVAC Service Technican - Commercial

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team, specializing in commercial systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in various commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain & troubleshoot HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, refrigeration systems, and control systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficient operation
• Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner, providing superior customer service
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in HVAC technology
  
  

Qualifications

• EPA Universal certification required
• 5 years HVAC Service Technician experience in commercial setting
• Experience with 50 tons required
• Familiarity with HVAC systems in hospitals, schools, office buildings, and high-rise facilities
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
• Ability to drive to and from service sites as needed daily
