Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Valid HVAC technician license and certifications.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
