- 3 years of medical imaging experience.
- Experience with medical/biotech devices.
- Experience providing repairs and maintenance on MRI's, CT's and X-Rays.
- Diagnostics or modality equipment experience.
- Related field service experience in troubleshooting equipment/technical support/ customer service/dispatch experience.
- Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully.
- Excellent communication, customer interaction and phone interaction skills required.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
