Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Utilize project management skills to plan and coordinate onboarding activities effectively.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Track and report on onboarding progress, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.
- Proven experience in client onboarding within a software company.
- Software Implementation Experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with sales engineering concepts and restaurant technology is desirable.
