Position Overview
The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception through to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of implementation processes, as well as technical knowledge in various systems and platforms, to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementation management, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and implementation processes.
- Familiarity with C , SQL, Java, and Linux is preferred.
- Experience with Electrical and Mechanical systems is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- This is a traveling position, up to 90% of the time.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
