We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment, while leading a team of skilled technicians to maintain and enhance production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of equipment to identify areas for improvement and preventative measures.
- Manage budgets for the maintenance department and recommend cost-effective solutions for equipment repairs and upgrades.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Experience with PLC and HMI systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bonus - Any experience working within a steel or metals manufacturing environment.

- Base Salary Range: $90k-$130k (Depending on experience)
