The Industrial Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery. The role involves ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair and replace faulty components and systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes, to support operations.
- Utilize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for monitoring and control purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with OSHA, CMAA, HMI, and ANSI standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
