We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that our ERP system effectively supports our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Design and implement improvements to our ERP system to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
- Utilize Infor CloudSuite and other cloud-based technologies to enhance ERP functionality.
- Create and manage Power Apps for better data handling and user engagement.
- Conduct training sessions for users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role, specifically with Infor ERP products.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions, particularly Infor CloudSuite.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power BI for business intelligence solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
