- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and networking
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals to potential clients
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Prior experience in inside sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with lead generation and cold calling techniques
- Familiarity with the steel industry is a plus
