Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda.
- Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring effective case management and resolution.
- Attend and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal counsel.
- Manage a caseload with a focus on client service, attention to detail, and deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
- 2 years of insurance defense experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to professional development.
