Position Overview

The Senior Audit Manager for Financial Institutions will lead audit engagements for banking clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for financial institutions, including banks.
• Develop audit plans and strategies tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated client service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical acumen and proficiency in audit methodologies.
