Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional legal representation in various business litigation matters, ensuring the interests of our clients are effectively advocated and protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in business litigation cases in court and through mediation or arbitration
- Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines
- Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and legal options
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from top 30 law school and in top 30th percentile of graduating class
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Interest or experience in Business Litigation
- Experience as a Law Clerk or in Corporate, Securities, Business, Commercial, Finance, Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Tax, or Employment law is a plus

Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
