Key Responsibilities
We offer competitive base ranging from $130,000- $200,000 and comprehensive benefits packages. Packages include Medical, Dental, Vision, flexible spending, 401K, pension plan, life, long term disability, and PTO.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on labor law and employment law issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and discrimination cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and severance packages for clients.
- Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in labor and employment legislation.
- Advise clients on best practices for compliance with employment regulations and policies.
- Assist in developing training programs for management on employment law issues.
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Licensed to practice law in NY
- 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent litigation skills and experience in handling employment-related disputes.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear advice to clients.
