Position Overview
The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring land for residential development projects. This role requires a keen understanding of the land acquisition process, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to secure optimal land opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities for residential development.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess land value and potential.
- Negotiate land purchase agreements with landowners and developers to secure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with land acquisition regulations and policies.
- Manage relationships with local government agencies, community stakeholders, and development partners.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in land acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of residential development processes and local zoning regulations.
- Ability to analyze market data and land valuation.
- Familiarity with community development and asset management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate modeling software.

Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
