Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential land development projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility analysis for potential land acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and other consultants to prepare land planning and subdivision designs.
- Ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary land entitlements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet development goals.
- Facilitate communication with governmental agencies, community stakeholders, and internal teams during the development process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and environmental considerations.
- Proven experience in land entitlement processes and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data related to land development and planning.
