We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to add to our team and help build out our Civil Engineering department! The Project Manager - Land Development will oversee and manage land development projects from conception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of civil site design in both private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from initial planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance on grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control measures.
- Assist in business development activities to expand the company's portfolio in land development projects.
- Collaborate with the design team on residential and commercial projects, ensuring design meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EI is required, Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 5 years of experience in civil site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and stormwater management practices.
- Experience with federal, public, and private land development projects preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
