Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for land development projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
- Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and external agencies, including HOAs and government entities.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed developments.
- Implement best practices for project management and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management.
- Proven experience with residential and commercial land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of HOA regulations and horizontal development processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
