Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients, regulatory agencies, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the development process.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
