Key Responsibilities
- Conduct zoning research, plan review, entitlement application drafting and submittal
- Public outreach related to project entitlement actions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and landscape architects to product high-quality products
Must Have:
- 2 years of experience with land use, entitlements, real estate development, or other planning/permitting activities
- Experience with land use regulations and discretionary review procedures throughout the Central Valley and Northern California
- Strong business acumen - proficient verbal communication and writing skills
- Interdepartmental collaboration skills
Salary: $80k-$130k
