- Job Title: Landscape Architect
- Job Location: Hartford, CT
- Salary: $90K to $120K
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and preparation of master plans for site/landscape architecture projects.
- Perform site visits in order to obtain analysis, data collection, soil testing, etc.
- Interface with clients as is needed, which may include community officials, consulatants, regulatory boards and commissions, etc.
- Collaborate with co-workers and management.
- Act as a mentor for a junior employees in order to help them grow in their careers.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (CT, RI, or MA preferred)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD ro Civil 3D
- Site design experience, ideally including grading or site lighting
- Experience with a variey of land uses such as recreation, parks, commercial, residential, industrial, schools, governement facilities, etc.
