Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Manage quality control and ensure all work meets specifications
- Resolve issues that arise during construction and implement solutions
- Schedule and conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with concrete construction is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
