We are a full-service construction firm proving services towards U.S. federal agencies for the past 40 years. Here you will work closely with federal agencies to bring up high profile, large projects that impact not only the US but the entire world. What You Will Be Doing
- Manage RFP documents/distribution
- Review work assignments with project estimators/owners
- Manage and lead meetings while coordinating entire process of bids
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and distribute bid documents, respond to questions, and have knowledge in start to finish process
- Work closely with design team on design build RFP's to create strong proposals
- Evaluate quantities, schedule and inspect subcontractor, vendor proposals to ensure accuracy (inclusions, exclusions)
- Create different work packages to understand project requirements (checklists, take-off)
What You Need for this Position
- 10 or more years' experience as construction estimator
- 5 or more years as lead on project estimates/proposals
- Experience in government projects is preferred
- Experience with concrete, sitework, steel/building interiors is preferred
- Candidates must be able to commute to Framingham, MA office
