Over the past year we've experience a 13% headcount growth. For this Lead Mechanical Engineer position you will mentor junior level mechanical engineers, while creating equipment evaluation, design, and new developments.

What You Will Be Doing
- This position will delegate tasks to Mechanical Engineers and Controls Engineers on the team based on client needs.
- At times, the lead will also need to do new development and design.
- This position will have you reviewing other engineers work for any flaws, or finding new and innovative techniques that we can implement in other projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a mechanical engineer, with at least 1 year in a lead or mentorship role.
- Expertise in mechanical design working with Inventor
- Experience with FEA and other analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate technical challenges.
- Experience working across multiple departments with the goal of cross collaboration.
