The Lead Attorney will also be responsible for mentoring junior attorneys and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of attorneys and legal staff
- Develop and implement legal strategies for personal injury cases
- Represent clients in court and during mediation sessions
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Mentor and support junior attorneys in their professional development
- Negotiate settlements and manage client communications
- Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends in personal injury law
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Prior experience in leading legal teams or managing cases is preferred
- Experience with depositions and trial preparation is a plus
- Competitive Salary ($150k - $250k DOE)
