What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a team on a variation of Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, etc architectural projects
- Experience working in construction phases of projects with owners, developers, and general contractors
- Worth with the municipality and state to make the clients project feasible and acquire all planning approvals
- Project manage the design and development process with all stake holders
- Meet with clients to determine and understand needs, goals and program
- Specifying the requirements for the project
- Develop design concept, schematic and preliminary design
- Create construction documents and provide specifications, materials and quality control
- Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
- 5 years of experience completing design and construction documents for Automotive, Hospitality/Restaurants, Office / Industrial, Retail, Banking / Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing etc.
- Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
- 3 years Revit experience, AutoCAD
- Architectural license
- Competitive Salary DOE $120,000 - $150,000
