What You Will Be Doing
- Overall onsite management of project
- Maintain construction schedule
- Meet or beat all project milestones
- Coordinate material deliveries & site inspections
- 7 years of Multi-Family Superintendent experience
- Management of projects greater than 100 units
- Quality Computer skills
- Experience with Procore or other Construction software
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong, competitive base ranging from $140k - $175k

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
