We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of construction operations, manage site activities, and maintain high standards of safety and quality while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites for multi-family projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status, issues, and progress to management
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve any onsite challenges
- Ensure all construction activities are compliant with local building codes and regulations
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience in wood frame construction, hospitality, commercial, and residential construction
- Experience with podium base projects is a plus

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
