Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents; including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and court appearances for attorneys
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal cases
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies
- Review and summarize legal documents and contracts
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
- 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, OR recent juris doctorate grad looking for legal exposure
- Knowledge of construction defect law preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to work in office in Englewood Colorado
