The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be actively licensed to practice law in TX. At least 1 year of experience practicing family law is required, along with a strong understanding of family law principles and court procedures.
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in family law proceedings, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding family law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in court.
- Stay updated on changes in family law and provide relevant information to clients.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the legal process to ensure they are informed and supported.
