Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and features.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, including ALTA surveys, final maps, and parcel maps.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to create comprehensive reports and documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to support project planning and development.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying and property rights.
- Review and approve survey plans and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion, including fieldwork and data analysis.
- Valid Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) certification.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and record of surveys.
- Experience creating Parcel Maps and Final Maps.
- Familiarity with right-of-way acquisition processes and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
