Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Participate in client meetings to gather information and provide updates
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategy
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Stay updated on legal developments in family law and litigation practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in litigation practices and procedures

Salary : $125,000 - $185,000
