The ideal candidate will assist in managing a variety of litigation cases, from pre-trial motions to trial preparation. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively, as well as a passion for advocating for our clients' interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and arguing pre-trial motions
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony
- Research legal precedents and prepare legal documents
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Attend court hearings and assist in trial preparation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active state bar license
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in arguing motions and conducting depositions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
