- $120,000 - $165,000 contingent on experience

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle complex legal issues in high-stakes litigation
- Strong courtroom and deposition skills
- Experience handling discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation
- Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Preference given to candidates with judicial clerkship or law review experience
- Managing a caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, employment, and/or intellectual property disputes
- Defending clients in state and federal court proceedings
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
- Taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Advising clients on case strategies and risk management
- Collaborating with partners and junior attorneys on complex litigation
