Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Develop and implement legal strategies for personal injury defense cases.
- Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and manage case files.
- Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts to build strong defenses.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- Minimum two years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and client communication skills.

Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
