Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings regarding real estate and construction law
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Manage all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through trial
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal options and strategies
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to build effective case strategies
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil, construction or real estate litigation
- Strong understanding of trial court procedures and litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Willing to go in trial management and representing clients during trials
