The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
- Prepare and file legal documents, including briefs and motions
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law
- Develop case strategies and present arguments in court
- Negotiate settlements and handle pre-trial preparations
- Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to ensure effective representation
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in litigation, especially in class action and mass tort cases
- Exceptional research and writing skills, with a track record of drafting briefs
- Strong oral advocacy skills and courtroom experience
- Graduated summa cum laude or magna cum laude preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
