Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to clients with regard to medical malpractice, products liability, personal injury, employment law, and nursing facility defense
- Analyze relevant legal data and documents to build a case
- Negotiate settlements and draft and review legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and tribunals
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to coordinate the legal aspects of cases
- Identify and assess any risks involved in legal cases
- Stay up to date with legal developments and changes
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Member of the CA bar in good standing
- 3 years' experience as a litigation attorney
- Experience with medical malpractice, products liability, personal injury, employment law, and nursing facility defense

Salary : $120,000 - $190,000
