What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting the firm's busy condominium collection department.
- Managing a wide variety of cases simultaneously.
- Attending hearings in various levels of court regularly with minimal notice.
- Exceeding client expectations on assigned cases.
- Meeting with involved parties constantly to retain a high level of communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Juris Doctorate and admission to Massachusetts Bar required (NH bar admission preferred as well).
- 2 years of experience in litigation, and/or collections.
- Experience with real estate, condominium, and landlord/tenant law preferred.
- First rate communication/writing skills.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Salary: $120,000 - $180,000.
