The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including civil litigation, real estate law, corporate law, and intellectual property. The primary objective of this role is to represent clients in legal proceedings, provide expert legal advice, and ensure the best possible outcomes in litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Draft and file complaints and other legal documents
- Conduct discovery, including depositions and interrogatories
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Develop case strategies and prepare for trial
- Conduct oral arguments and present cases to judges and juries
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes outside of court
- Research legal issues and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation, real estate law, and corporate law
- Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting trials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
